At Christmas we celebrate the joyful mystery that God sent his Son to be born a man so that he could save his people from their sins. This Christmas Eve we will hear the word of God in readings of prophetic anticipation from the Old Testament and joyful fulfillment from the Gospels. The readings will be interspersed with the singing of Christmas hymns that praise God and celebrate this unfathomable gift of love.
